Today we lolled around in our room until almost lunchtime, then headed over to the the Animal Kingdom where we saw the new musical stage show, Saving Nemo. It's done with puppets similar the ones in the stage version of The Lion King. You can see the humans playing each character's part as they manipulate the giant puppets. We had lunch at the Flame Tree Barbeque, rode the Primeval Whirl in Dinoland, and then joined the search for the Yetti on
Expedition Everest. I needed something tame after all that, so we watched the Flights of Wonder wild bird show and then had a break for iced tea while waiting for the Jingle Jungle parade. After the parade we left the Animal Kingdom and drove over to Epcot.
We parked at the Boardwalk
resort and stopped in to see the beautiful Christmas decorations in the lobby. They had a gingerbread room complete with a working fireplace and electric train.
